StrongHER Nutrition LLC ("we," "us," "our") is a women's nutrition and wellness brand. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of stronghernutrition.com (the "Website") and your purchase of our products, such as SuperGreens. By using the Website or buying from us, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you don't agree, don't use the Website.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. Section 11 contains a binding arbitration provision and a class-action waiver that affect how disputes are resolved and require them to be handled individually. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days as described in that section.

1. Acceptance

By using the Website or completing a purchase, you confirm you've read, understood, and agree to these Terms. Completing a purchase (or checking "I agree" where presented) forms a binding agreement.

2. Who we are

StrongHER Nutrition LLC is a California limited liability company selling nutrition products for women. (Our StrongHER by AFJ app and our coaching program are separate offerings governed by their own terms and are not sold through this store.)

3. Eligibility

The Website is for adults 18 and older. You must be at least 18 to purchase from us.

4. Products and orders

• Orders and acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy; a contract forms only when we accept it (for example, by confirming shipment). We may refuse or cancel an order — including after confirmation — for reasons such as product availability, suspected fraud, or errors in price or description.
• Pricing and errors. The price shown at purchase applies. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders even after they're placed. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
• Shipping. We ship within the United States (50 states and Puerto Rico) only. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the product is handed to the carrier. Delivery estimates are the carrier's, not a guarantee. See our Shipping Policy.
• Returns. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Supplement disclaimer (FDA / DSHEA)

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult your healthcare provider before using any dietary supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

6. Health and results disclaimer

Any nutrition or wellness information we provide is general and educational only. We are not doctors, licensed dietitians, or certified nutritionists, and nothing we provide is medical or dietary advice tailored to you. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before changing your diet or starting a supplement, particularly if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or take medication. Individual results vary and we do not guarantee any specific result. Any testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not typical or promised. If you're experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

7. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a product review, photo, or other content, you keep ownership of it and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and use it to operate and promote our products. You're responsible for what you submit, and it must be honest and your own. We never condition a refund, replacement, or any other benefit on you writing, editing, or removing a review.

8. Intellectual property; DMCA

The Website and our content — design, text, graphics, logos, and branding — are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from them without our written permission. "StrongHER by AFJ" and "StrongHER Nutrition" are trademarks of StrongHER Nutrition LLC.

We respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). Send infringement notices to our Designated Agent:

9. Third-party services

Our Website relies on third-party providers to host the site, process payments, and deliver orders. We aren't responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third parties, and your dealings with them are subject to their terms. Our cookie and Do-Not-Track practices are in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability

THE WEBSITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don't warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STRONGHER NUTRITION LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APPLICABLE PRODUCT IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law, including Civil Code § 1668.

11. Dispute resolution and arbitration

Binding arbitration. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or a product shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules.

Class-action waiver. YOU AGREE THAT PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

Small-claims exception. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

Opt-out. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing support@stronghernutrition.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name, email, and that you wish to opt out. Opting out doesn't affect the rest of these Terms.

Fees. We pay all arbitration filing fees and arbitrator costs for claims under $10,000; for larger claims, fees are allocated under JAMS rules.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by California law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and venue for any matter that proceeds in court lies in the state or federal courts located in California.

12. Changes, termination, and general

• Changes. We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we'll post the updated version with a new date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after the effective date means you accept them.
• Termination. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for any lawful reason. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 6, 7, 9, 11, and 12) survive termination.
• Force majeure. We aren't liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• Entire agreement; severability; assignment. These Terms, with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement about the Website and products. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them to a successor or affiliate.

13. California residents
