I Built This Because
I Lived It.
I didn't start StrongHER Nutrition because I had it all figured out. I started it because I spent years at war with my body — and I finally found my way out.
I Spent Years Disrespecting
My Body.
For as long as I can remember, I had an unhealthy relationship with food. I used it to cope. When I was stressed, I ate. When I was sad, I ate. When I was bored, I ate. It was my escape — until it became my prison.
I would binge eat until I physically couldn't move, then spend the next day filled with guilt and shame. I'd promise myself I'd "start fresh on Monday," restrict everything, then repeat the whole cycle by Friday.
I tried every diet. I bought every program. I downloaded every app. None of them were built for someone like me — someone who wasn't just trying to lose weight, but trying to heal a deeply emotional relationship with food.
At my heaviest, I was wearing XL and avoiding mirrors. I didn't recognize myself, and honestly, I didn't want to.
From XL to Small. From Lost to Found.
I Stopped Using Food
to Cope.
The turning point wasn't some dramatic moment. It was a quiet decision. I woke up one day and said, "I'm done disrespecting my body and settling in life."
I didn't have a trainer. I didn't have a meal plan. I had YouTube videos and a stubborn refusal to keep living the way I was living. I taught myself how to track macros, how to train properly, and most importantly — how to stop using food as an emotional crutch.
I lost over 60 pounds. I went from an XL to a Small. But the real transformation wasn't physical — it was mental. I finally learned to love myself, respect my body, and build discipline that carried into every area of my life.
And now? I help other women do the exact same thing.
How I Got Here.
Rock Bottom
Years of binge eating, emotional eating, and yo-yo dieting. I was wearing XL, avoiding mirrors, and using food to cope with everything life threw at me.
The Quiet Decision
"I'm done disrespecting my body." No dramatic moment. Just a morning where I decided I was worth more than how I'd been treating myself.
Self-Taught Transformation
YouTube. Macro counting. Learning how to actually train. I lost 60+ pounds going from an XL to a Small — not with a fancy program, but with discipline and self-education.
Building a Community
I started sharing my journey on social media. 350K+ women showed up — because they saw themselves in my story. That's when I knew this was bigger than me.
StrongHER Nutrition Was Born
I started building what I wished existed when I was struggling. It begins with what goes into your body every day: clean, organic, tested every batch, nothing I wouldn't take myself. There's more coming, but this is where it starts.
The Principles Behind StrongHER Nutrition.
Food Isn't the Enemy
Your relationship with food matters more than your macros. We address the emotional side of fitness, not just the physical.
Built for Women
Designed from scratch for our bodies, our routines, and our lives. Every part of it assumes a real woman with a real schedule.
Progress, Not Perfection
We don't do "all or nothing" here. One bad meal doesn't ruin your week. One skipped workout doesn't erase your progress. Keep going.
"If you're reading this and you see yourself in my story — just know: I built this for you. I know what it feels like to struggle alone. You don't have to do that anymore."
Your Story Isn't Over.
Start where I started, with the basics nobody explained to me. Macros, training, and food without the fear.
