StrongHER Nutrition LLC ("we," "us," "our") is a women's nutrition and wellness brand. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you visit stronghernutrition.com (the "Website"), buy a product such as SuperGreens, or join our email list. By using the Website or buying from us, you agree to this Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Website.

1. Who we are

StrongHER Nutrition LLC is a California limited liability company selling nutrition products for women, starting with SuperGreens.

2. Age requirement

The Website is for adults 18 and older. You must be at least 18 to purchase from us. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we delete it. If you believe a minor gave us information, email support@stronghernutrition.com.

3. Information we collect

Email list / free guide. When you request our free guide or sign up for emails, we collect your name and email address.
Orders. When you buy a product, we collect your name, email, billing address, shipping address, phone number, and order details through our checkout. We never receive or store your full card number — our payment processor handles card data directly.
Cookies & device data. Our Website uses essential/functional cookies needed to make the site, cart, and checkout work, plus a first-party cookie set by our email platform that recognizes you across visits so we can send the emails you signed up for. We also collect basic technical data (like your IP address and browser type) used to serve and secure the site. See Section 6.

Contact you about a problem with your order or delivery — for example, an address that can't be delivered to. We don't use your phone number for marketing texts.
Send the free guide and marketing emails you opt into (unsubscribe any time)
Provide customer support and respond to your questions
Detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal and tax obligations

We do not:

Sell your personal information for money
Run third-party advertising pixels on our Website — no Meta, TikTok, or session-recording tools
Build our own profiles of you across other companies' apps and websites

About our store platform. Our store runs on Shopify. Shopify uses information about your interactions with our store — together with data from across its own network — to run and improve the services it provides us, including fraud prevention, checkout optimization, and personalization and ad targeting for our store. No other merchant can see your information. Under some state privacy laws, this kind of processing can count as "sharing" for targeted advertising, so you can opt out at any time on our Your Privacy Choices page at stronghernutrition.com/pages/data-sharing-opt-out, or by emailing support@stronghernutrition.com. We also automatically honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals from your browser.

5. How we share your information

We don't sell your data. We share it only with service providers ("processors") that help us run the store, each permitted to use it only to provide services to us:

E-commerce and hosting — hosts the Website and runs the cart and checkout
Payment processing — processes card payments (we never see your full card number)
Email delivery — sends order, shipping, and marketing emails
Shipping carrier — we generate a label and hand your package to the carrier for delivery

We may also disclose information if required by law or legal process, or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public. If we're ever part of a merger or sale, we'll notify you before your information becomes subject to a different policy.

Where your information is processed. Our store runs on Shopify, a Canadian company, and our other service providers operate globally. This means your information may be transferred to, stored, or processed outside the United States. Wherever it's handled, it stays protected by this Policy and by our agreements with those providers.

6. Cookies and Do Not Track

We use essential/functional cookies needed for the site, cart, and checkout, plus the limited cookies our store platform sets to operate and secure the store. Our email platform also sets a first-party cookie that recognizes you across visits, so if you've given us your email address we can send you the emails you asked for. You can opt out any time by unsubscribing, and you can clear or block cookies in your browser settings.

We do not run third-party advertising pixels (like Meta or TikTok) or session-recording tools.

Browsers send "Do Not Track" signals in inconsistent ways and there's no common standard for them, so we don't respond to DNT specifically. We do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals, and you can opt out of data sharing for targeted advertising at any time at stronghernutrition.com/pages/data-sharing-opt-out (see Section 4). If we ever add analytics or advertising technology, we'll update this Policy and show a cookie-consent banner where the law requires one.

7. Data security

We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL). Our checkout and card processing are handled by PCI-compliant providers that maintain their own strong security controls. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but if we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we'll notify you and any applicable regulators as required by law.

8. Retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active, or as needed to provide our products and support. Order and payment records are kept as required for tax and accounting. You can unsubscribe from marketing email any time using the link in any message. To ask what we hold, correct it, or delete it, email support@stronghernutrition.com.

9. Your privacy rights

Everyone. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and opt out of marketing email. Contact support@stronghernutrition.com.
California (CCPA/CPRA & CalOPPA). You may request to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and opt out of the sale or sharing of it. We don't sell your personal information for money. Where our store platform's network processing counts as "sharing" for targeted advertising, you can opt out any time on our Your Privacy Choices page at stronghernutrition.com/pages/data-sharing-opt-out, or by emailing us. We don't discriminate against you for exercising these rights, and we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. Our data-sharing and cookie practices are described in Sections 4–6.
Other U.S. states. If your state has a comprehensive privacy law (for example Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, and others as they take effect), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, and opt out of certain uses of your personal information, and to appeal a denied request. Contact support@stronghernutrition.com.

Verifying who you are. To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request — usually by confirming details we already have on file, like the email address used to place an order. We can't release or delete someone's personal information based on an unverified request.

10. Children's privacy

The Website isn't directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a minor gave us information, email support@stronghernutrition.com and we'll delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy. If we make material changes, we'll post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date, and where appropriate notify you by email. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
