Refunds & Returns
We want you to feel good about your order. Here's exactly how returns and refunds work. Questions any time: support@stronghernutrition.com — a real person answers.
Unopened returns — 15 days
You may return a product within 15 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, as long as it's unopened, with the safety seal intact and untampered, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Original shipping costs are not refunded, and return shipping is your responsibility (see below).
Opened or used products aren't returnable
Because SuperGreens is a consumable health product, opened, used, tampered, or unsealed products can't be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons — except where a product is defective or as required by law.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 15 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you — we cover return shipping in this case.
Return shipping
Except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items (which we cover), you're responsible for return shipping, using a tracked method. We can't refund items we don't receive.
How to request a refund or return
Email support@stronghernutrition.com with your order number and reason before shipping anything back, and we'll send return instructions. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method once we've received and checked the return. How quickly it appears on your statement is up to your bank.
Your reviews are never a condition
A refund, replacement, or any other resolution will never be conditioned on you withholding, editing, or removing an honest review. Share your real experience — positive or negative — and it won't affect how we handle your refund or your access. We won't ask you to sign a non-disparagement clause in exchange for anything.
Chargebacks
If a charge looks wrong, please email us first at support@stronghernutrition.com — we resolve billing issues quickly and it's faster than a bank dispute.
